Today I spent a wonderful Earth Day with my mom bicycling. We had a serene nature-filled day full of love and fun. We stopped for lunch at our favorite picnic table. We didn't see much wildlife today on the trail .. a baby turtle was about it compared to the usual armadillos and the occasional bobcat. We had a great time together just pedaling through the beautiful earth and enjoying all of her naturalistic simplicity. Later, I looked through books of beautiful places around the world and online as well. It was very inspiring and relaxing with peaceful music playing in the background. Today could not have been any better. My mom and I are looking forward to our Saturday ritual of purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables at the market. I hope your Earth Day was as peaceful as mine!
